Meghívó a bázisintézmény programjára, 2018. március 10. szombatra

A Békéscsabai Andrássy Gyula Gimnázium és Kollégium 2017-ben benyújtott mobilitás projektje biztosítja annak az európai dimenziókat erősítő intézményi stratégiának a folytatását és kibővítését, melynek révén iskolánk a kor kihívásainak meg tud felelni átfogó, ugyanakkor gyakorlatias és emberközeli pedagógiai, didaktikai és módszertani megoldásokat felvonultatva diáksága, nevelőtestülete és nem pedagógus dolgozói körében is direkt és indirekt módokon. A 13 mobilitás során megvalósuló képzések komplexitása, azok összhangja, szakmai színvonala egyéni és intézményi érdekeket szem előtt tartva biztosítékot jelentenek a projekt céljainak megvalósulásához: az európai kulturális sokféleség közvetítése, az iskolai interdiszciplináris szemléletmód kialakítása és fejlesztése, a nemzetközi dimenziókban zajló továbbtanulás és karrierépítés megalapozása, a hangsúlyeltolódások kiegyenlítése iskolánk idegennyelv-oktatásában, a matematikaoktatás nemzetköziesítése. Mindezek mellett az iskola hosszú távú, stratégiai célja a minél szélesebb spektrumú, a tanított tantárgyak mindegyikét érintő szakmódszertani gazdagodás, a kor szellemének megfelelő, diák-centrikus, a tanulási munkaformák széles eszköztárát hasznosító oktató-nevelő tevékenység kialakítása és fenntartása. A projekten keresztül az intézmény tovább munkálkodik azon, hogy a nemzetköziesítés Európai Uniós országok iskoláival történő hosszú távú együttműködések megvalósulásával összhangba kerüljön a nemzeti értékek megbecsülésével és ápolásával.

Ennek a megújulásnak része és egyben záloga az is, hogy a korunkban jelenlévő stresszt és munkahelyi, illetve iskolai tevékenységünket gátló, negatív tényezőkből adódó konfliktusokat és problémákat korszerű, hatékony módokon orvosoljuk. Az ezen feladatok megoldását kínáló képzések, akárcsak a projekt részeként megvalósuló minden mobilitás egyetemes hozadéka a célilletve idegen nyelvi közeg nyújtotta egyéni és intézményi előnyök összessége.

A projektet a résztvevők intézményük korábbi mobilitás-tapasztalataira építve, gondos, előkészítő műhelymunkára alapozva kívánják megvalósítani 9 különböző képzőintézmény bevonásával az alábbi helyszíneken: Ciprus, Csehország, Egyesült Királyság, Finnország, Franciaország, Írország, Németország és Spanyolország, 2017 júniusa és 2018 májusa között. A projekt beszámolóinak elkészítése a képzések végeztével 2018 márciusában zárul. A disszeminációs tevékenységek megvalósítása a mobilitásokat követően intézményi, városi, valamint regionális szinten, különböző, iskolai és iskolán kívüli célcsoportok számára előadások és műhelymunkák formájában, a helyi és regionális sajtót és televíziót bevonva, fényképes- és mozgókép-dokumentációval történik. Ehhez társul a további népszerűsítést elősegítő módszertani vásár szervezésének, illetve módszertani adatbank létesítésének ötlete. Nemzetközi dimenziókban az IKT eszközök, valamint a nemzetközi konferenciák nyújtotta lehetőségek kihasználásával terjesztjük elért eredményeinket.

Stratégiai célként megfogalmazott diák-mobilitásaink legfőbb hozadékának tekintjük, hogy az európai értékeket tisztelő, nyitott, mind a hazai mind a külföldi munkaerőpiacon kompetens európai polgárokká váljanak diákjaink. A projekt résztvevői ennek jegyében is hangsúlyozzák a projekt távlati céljainak megvalósítását, valamint azok fenntarthatóságát.

A projekt résztvevőinek elvárása, hogy tevékenységük eredményeként az iskola pedagógiai, módszertani repertoárjába az általuk szerzett ismeretek úgy épüljenek be, hogy azok példaértékű, innovatív ereje minden szakterület gyakorlatában jelenjen meg, valamint az intézményvezetés jelen korhoz igazodó szemléletváltását hozza. A projekttagok meggyőződése, hogy az európai kultúrák mobilitások révén történő megismerése és majdani megismertetésé teszi őket igazán hitelessé abban, hogy a tanulók körében a tanulás élethosszig tartó jelentőségét ne csupán eszmeként, hanem mint valós motivációs alapelvet vallják magukénak.

The mobility project of Békéscsabai Andrássy Gyula Gimnázium és Kollégium (Andrássy Gyula Secondary Grammar and Boarding School of Békéscsaba) submitted in 2017 ensures the continuation and extension of the institutional strategy promoting European dimensions. Through this, our school will be able to meet the expectations of our age with a range of comprehensive yet practical pedagogical, didactic and methodological solutions of human interest among its students, teaching and non-teaching staff in direct and indirect ways. The complexity of the trainings to be realized within the 13 mobilities and their harmony as well as their professional standard serve as a safeguard with respect to individual and institutional interests alike: promoting European cultural diversity, forming and developing interdisciplinary attitudes in schools, founding the basis for further education and career building in international dimensions, eliminating the biases in the foreign language education of our school and internationalising our mathematics education. Besides these, the long term strategic goal of the school is the methodological enrichment regarding all the subjects taught to as great an extent as possible as well as the formation and sustenance of educational and pedagogical activity utilizing a wide range of student-centred tools of classroom organisation corresponding with the spirit of the age. Through the project, our institution will continue working on the harmonisation of internationalisation with the appreciation and preservation of national values by realizing long term co-operations with schools of the member states of the European Union.

It is part and pre-condition of this innovation to provide a modern and effective remedy for the stress present in our days and the conflicts and problems arising from the negative factors interfering with our work and school activities. The universal benefit of the trainings offering solutions to these problems, just like all the mobilities realized as part of this project is the multitude of individual and institutional advantages provided by the target and foreign language environments.

The project will be implemented by the participants based on the previous mobility experience of our institution, following careful preparatory workshop sessions involving 9 different training institutions in the following venues: Cyprus, Czechia, United Kingdom, Finland, France, Ireland, Germany and Spain, between June 2017 and May 2018. The preparation of the reports will be completed in March 2018, when the training sessions are over. The dissemination activities will be done following the mobilities at institutional, town and regional levels, for different school and out-of-school target groups in the form of presentations and workshops, involving the local and regional press and television, using photo and video documentation. This is linked with the idea of organising a methodology fair and setting up a methodology databank promoting further dissemination. In international dimensions we will disseminate our achievements exploiting the opportunities provided by ICT tools and international conferences.

We consider the ultimate impact of one of our strategic goals, that is, our student mobilities to help our students become European citizens respecting European values and competent in both the national and international labour market. The participants of the project, in view of this also, emphasize the implementation and sustainability of the long term goals of the project.

It is the expectation of the participants of the project to achieve the incorporation of their acquired knowledge in the pedagogical and methodological repertoire as a result of their activity so that its exemplary and innovative power would be revealed in the practises of all subject fields and it would bring about the change of approach of the management of the school aligned with our era. The project members believe that becoming familiar with and later promoting European cultures by means of the mobilities will ensure their credibility in identifying with the basic motivational principle of the importance of lifelong learning for our students.

Mobilitások

(A résztvevők bemutatása - bemutatkozása)

A Békéscsabai Andrássy Gyula Gimnázium és Kollégium mobilitás projektjének kiindulópontja a már kialakulófélben lévő intézményi európai dimenzió erősítésének gondolata volt. A 8 résztvevő nem csupán tantárgyi, tanulási hatékonyságot segítő ambíciókkal döntött a projekt megvalósítása mellett: a tradíciókon nyugvó helyi, nemzeti értékeinket pedagógiai programunkban megtartva úgy kívánunk a nemzetközi intézményi hálózatok részévé válni, hogy az európai hozadék mobilitásaink révén diákjaink javát szolgálja mind középiskolai tanulmányaik alatt mind pedig továbbtanulásukban. Helyi tanterveink újragondolása, kibővítése szintén a mobilitások megvalósulásának függvénye, mivel a résztvevők által elvégzendő képzések hazai körülmények között sem módszertanilag sem pedig nyelvi szempontból nem lennének kivitelezhetőek.

A résztvevők alapos, minden lépésre kiterjedő, analitikus, ugyanakkor gyakorlatias, közös előkészítő munkáját követően kerül sor a projekt megvalósítására 2016 júniusától kezdődően 5 turnusban az alábbi országok képző-intézményeiben: Egyesült Királyság, Írország, Málta, Németország és Olaszország. Ezt követi a projekt beszámolójának elkészítése, mely 2016 decemberében zárul. A projekt disszeminációja iskolai és városi szintű szakmai és országismereti prezentációk révén, a helyi és regionális sajtó, TV bevonásával, résztvevői fotókkal és videó felvételekkel, módszertani vásár szervezésével, módszertani adatbank létesítésével, illetve országos és nemzetközi fórumokon valósul meg.

Intézményünk profilját az európai specializációs E osztályok egyébként többi osztálytípusban is megjelenő idegen nyelv centrikussága határozza meg. Az EU országait megcélzó tanulmányi kirándulások népszerűségét mi sem igazolja jobban, mint az, hogy a többi osztálytípusban is egyre inkább növekszik a külföldi kirándulások iránti igény. Ugyanakkor diákjaink reál tantárgyi sikerei tovább erősítik azt a projekt-célkitűzést, hogy a matematika tantárgy fakultatív, angol nyelven történő oktatása intézményünk stratégiai elemévé váljon. Ugyanez igaz a projektben megjelenő többi tantárgyra is: az angol és német nyelvi civilizáció, etika, EU ismeretek, földrajz és művészetek tantárgyból szeretnénk a diákjainknak megadni azt a lehetőséget, hogy később európai uniós országok felsőoktatási intézményeiben is nagyobb eséllyel folytathassák tanulmányaikat.

Tapasztalt és elhivatott, innovatív tanárokból álló csapatunk tehát számít a tanulási hatékonyság képzések  általi minőségi javulására. Erős motivációjú diákságunk számára felkínálandó újonnan tanult módszerek alkalmazása révén további színvonal-emelkedés érhető el. Ez a növekedés nemcsak a tanulmányi eredményekre hat, hanem a sikeres idegen nyelvi emelt szintű érettségi vizsgák és nyelvvizsgák számának növekedésére, a tanulmányi kirándulásaink professzionálisabbá, autentikusabbá tételére. Nem utolsó sorban pedig számítunk a mobilitás plurikulturalitásának köszönhető azon lehetőségre, hogy hosszú távon iskolai partnerségi kapcsolatokat alakíthassunk ki EU-beli országok intézményeivel egy újabb projekt keretében. Intézményvezetésünk szakmai és pedagógiai támogatása egyértelmű záloga annak, hogy az ebben a projektben megvalósuló hasznos gyakorlatok intézményi szintű hozadéka vitathatatlan.

The starting point of the mobility project of Békéscsabai Andrássy Gyula Gimnázium és Kollégium was the idea of promoting the European dimensions of our institution otherwise already in progress. The 8 participants decided on implementing the project not merely driven by the ambition of assisting the subject or learning: sustaining our traditional local and national values in our school curriculum, we wish to become involved in international institutional networks so that thanks to our mobility the European impact will serve our students' interests both during their secondary and further education. Reconsidering and extending school curricula also depends on the success of our mobility as the courses undertaken by the participants could under no circumstances be organized inland either from a methodological or linguistic perspective.

Following the careful, step-by-step, analytical, yet practical common preparatory work of the participants, the implementation of the project will be launched in July 2016 in 5 rounds of mobility with training institutions in the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Germany and Italy. This will be followed by the submission of reports due in December 2016. The dissemination of the project will be realized through professional and cultural presentations in school and at municipal level, incorporating the local and regional press and TV, using participants' photos and videos, by means of a 'methodology fair', by creating a methodology database as well as on national and international forums.

The profile of our institution is determined by the foreign language-centred image of EU specialized E classes, which equally appears in other class types as well. The popularity of field trips to EU destinations is proved by the ever growing need for foreign field trip destinations in the other class types too. Nevertheless, the success of our students in science subjects further promote our project goal of Elective Mathematics in English becoming an integrated element of our institutional strategy. The same applies to the other subjects appearing in the project: in English and German Civilization, Ethics, EU Studies, Geography, and Art, we would like to provide our students with the advantage of the possible opportunity of doing their further studies in higher educational institutions of EU countries.

Therefore, our team consisting of experienced, committed and innovative teachers expects the quality improvement of the effectiveness of students' learning with the help of the trainings, the growing levels of grades' average of our otherwise well motivated students thanks to the application of newly acquired techniques offered, the growing number of successful higher level final and state exams in foreign languages, more proficient and authentic field trips. Last but not least, thanks to the pluricultural features of the mobility, we expect to have the opportunity to form long term institutional partnerships involving schools in the EU as part of another project. The professional and educational support guaranteed by the management of our school is the obvious proof that the institutional impact of useful practises implemented through this project cannot be denied.
